For those who need courage

There are days when you have to keep your own hand on your own chest to feel the heart beating so fast and then calm yourself down. You’re scared. You’re always scared. You project that you’re this badass who has this thing called life all figured out and doesn’t need anyone. But who are you kidding? You’re human. Fear is just a part of who you are. You need people to tell you “it’s okay” from time to time but most importantly the days when it all feels wrong and everything seems hopeless, When your mind is playing tricks on you keeping you from doing amazing brave things - that’s when you need this hope, this courage which is inside you and you know it. It’s so deeply rooted that it’s impossible to get it out of you but it’s there. You may loose your path to it but you’ll always find it because courage is taking a big leap of faith when everything seems impossible. It’s believing in yourself when your own logics tell you not to. It’s closing your eyes and making a decision that you’re going to do it and then not thinking about whether it’s possible or not. Because yes you might fail. Yes you might suck so bad. But you have to find out. You have to try. You have to give yourself reasons to be proud. Because if you really want something that bad you’ve got to give it your all or regret the rest of your life. Because in time you will make peace with your failure but you can never make peace with not trying hard enough. So try hard enough.
